Memberships

To compete in events at the Parham Fair you must be a member of the Parham Agricultural Society. Membership grants you free entry to the grounds for the day of the fair in addition to giving you access to compete in the Palace competitions and the Cattle Show. Memberships must be purchased by August 1st at 4 pm. If purchasing your membership online, you can pick up your membership cards at the Palace on Friday.

If you wish to compete, but have missed the August 1st deadline you must have cash in hand to purchase a membership as you sign in your Palace entries. This is an exception made ONLY to allow folks to participate in our events. However, it makes it much easier on our volunteers to have this done in advance. We would really appreciate your purchasing your membership before the deadline if at all possible.

Please note. You do not need a membership to compete in the Frog Jumping Competition, Pet Show or Country Fair Games. Prizes for these events (with the exception of the Grand Champion of Frog Jumping) are a coupon for Goods Ice Cream and Treats.

Memberships can be purchased online. They can also be purchased at Hope’s General Store during her regular hours until August 1st. You may also purchase a fair book ($1.50) and pick up entry forms and tags for the Palace at Hope’s store. Important! CASH ONLY!

To purchase your membership online please fill out the appropriate form below and make an e-transfer to parhamfair@gmail.com. **If you are buying memberships for more than one person you only need to send one transfer. In the comment box of your payment transfer please state all of the membership names you are paying for. Note whether they are adult or child memberships. You can pick up your paper copy of your membership card Friday at the Palace.
